JONATHAN PETERSON SR. MENTORING TOMORROW'S PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS

March 7, 2019, Montgomery, Ala. - That’s My Child Youth Organization is opening the That’s My Dog Jr. @TheSpot restaurant that is strictly own by the teens of TMC. Jonathan Peterson Sr., Program Director of TMC, mentions that the grand opening will be on March 18, 2019. The restaurant will be used as a method of sustainability for the organization and to continue the programs at TMC.

Q1: What is the purpose of the TMC Youth Organization?
A: To mentor the youth through art, education, and entrepreneurship while giving them a safe place to develop talent and skills needed to become tomorrow's productive citizens.
Q2: What are your plans for That's My Dog Jr. @TheSpot?
A: Our plan is to open on March 18, 2019 and to use the restaurant as a method of sustainability for the organization. This how we will have the funds and resources in order for us to continue our programs and initiatives that we have.
Q3: What is your definition of success for children in the Montgomery community?
A: The definition of success for children in the Montgomery community is to progress along the mission of TMC.
Q4: What programs do you offer for children in this organization?
A: TMC Youth Organization offers art, culinary, yoga, dance, auto engineering, modeling, and poetry.
Q5: How does it feel to make a difference in a child's life?
A: Making a difference in a child's life is amazing and rewarding. It's motivation to keep me working everyday.

Q6: What are some challenges you have faced with being Program Director?
A: Some of the my challenges as Program Director involves coming up with resources, funding and finding volunteers.
Q7: What are some of the greatest accomplishments in TMC?
A: Some of the greatest accomplishments in TMC is watching the kids progressing in the program.
Q8: What are your plans to continue to build up Montgomery?
A: Perfecting the program and having more children to be productive in today's society.
Q9: What are some of your goals to achieve while holding the position of Program Director at TMC?
A: My goal to achieve while being in the position of Program Director is to sustain the program by flourishing and growing TMC.

Q10: What has TMC Youth Organization done that has benefited the young men in Montgomery?
A: We offer the Gents To Gentlemen program that shows our young men a different program. We mentor and give them the necessary tools to succeed in life.
